That means planning the work sequence, pricing and awarding any specialty trades, coordinating utility locates and permits, keeping the owner and engineer informed, and holding the site to the drawings and specifications. Because we self-perform earthworks, underground utilities, and mechanical work, fewer handoffs sit between the plan and the ground.
We work for municipalities, industrial owners, engineering firms, farms, and private developers throughout Taber, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and the surrounding Southern Alberta communities. Projects have ranged from single-lot site development to multi-phase water and wastewater infrastructure.
